Fifty years after a devastating magical fallout, a fox travels with his guild to investigate tales of strange sorcery plaguing a small town in the countryside. In his absence, a young woman wielding a cursed axe comes to his home in search of him, only to turn violent when she finds him missing. With other dark forces working behind the scenes to fulfill an ancient promise, will Des be ready to confront them?
